Kinship + Kodawari = KinKoda
KinKoda's mission is to think differently. Instead of being a vehicle for shareholder profits the organinzationn is instead designed as a vehicle for customer and employee's to get to their goals. Using cybernetic control loop theories which have been instrumental for understanding biological and computer systems since the 1950's, the same appraoch for organization governance is being utilized to promote fairness and equity for employees participating as a group.
Our cooperative values emphasize a higher reliance on employee capability and responsibility. This means there is more of a give and take relationship. A bigger cut of the proceeds means more expectations from employees as they are a part of a greater whole.
Why a Co-op?
